Description
A list of the tracheophyte names accepted in "Opredelitel Rasteniy Altaiskogo Kraya" [= Guide to Vascular Plants of Altai Krai] (Krasnoborov et al., 2003). The dataset was compiled as a first step towards further processing of the modern checklist for the Altai Krai, Russia.
Stable archival version (not edited, not curated).
The dataset includes 1,982 accepted names of species, subspecies and varieties. Cultivated plants unknown as escapes are excluded.
Several minor orthographic errors in either scientific names or their authors were corrected manually. Some names were not automatically cross-linked with the GBIF backbone.
Data Records
The data in this checklist resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 1,982 records.
This IPT archives the data and thus serves as the data repository. The data and resource metadata are available for download in the downloads section. The versions table lists other versions of the resource that have been made publicly available and allows tracking changes made to the resource over time.
